Idly Manchurian is an innovative dish that can be prepared using refrigerated idlis or left over idlis. This recipe is from the Indo-Chinese cuisine.

I have prepared Pattani sundal by tempering boiled peas with onions and garnishing with mango chunks. It is very nutritious and kids love it !!!
Green gram Sundal / pacha payiru Sundal is a healthy snack option and can be prepared quickly as it doesn’t require overnight soaking of the lentil. The tempering is so important and adds the taste and flavour to the Sundal. You can add onions and coconut to this recipe if you like.
