Broccoli is a cruciferous vegetable rich in nutrients, fibers, fatty acids and vitamins that help regulating blood pressure in the body. It is also rich in anti oxidants and improves your immune system and digestion.
I love trying Broccoli in different forms. In this recipe I have pan roasted the marinated Broccoli and added it to the tahini yogurt which enhances the taste of the dish and makes it mouth watering and luscious. Tahini is made from sesame seeds and is an awesome staple.
