Smoothies are a great choice for breakfast or as a mid-day snack. This recipe for a double berry smoothie is a refreshing and healthy combination of fruit and yogurt that’s kid-approved and super easy to make !!
Ingredients (Serves 2)
|Preparation time – 5 mins|
- Strawberry – 170 g
- Blueberry – 180 g
- Greek yogurt – 280 g
- Honey / Maple syrup – as preferred
- Ice cubes – optional
- Slit the strawberries and add it in the blender along with blueberry and maple syrup, Greek yogurt and ice cubes.
- Blend smooth and transfer to a serving glass. Top with berries / ice cubes.
- If you feel the smoothie is thicker, add water / milk to adjust the consistency.
