This coffee dates smoothie is a slightly different version of the regular smoothie. You can have it for breakfast or even as mid evening snack. They are delicious, filling and healthy.
Dates when added with Banana gives your smoothie a natural sweetness and makes it even more delicious. Soaked walnuts gives your smoothie a creamy texture.
Ingredients (Serves 1)
|Soaking time – 1 to 2 hours|
Preparation time – 5 mins
- Dates – 6 to 8, deseeded
- Banana – 1, small
- Walnuts – 6 to 7, broken
- Coffee – 1/4 cup, brewed
- Milk – 3/4 cup
- Ice cubes – As required
- Soak walnuts in warm water for atleast an hour or two.
- Blend all the ingredients smooth in a blender.
- Transfer to a glass and enjoy !

If you want to skip coffee, try adding cocoa powder. You can make it vegan by using almond milk instead.
